1. Services Offered

We provide professional dog training services. Booking a session constitutes agreement to these Terms and any additional instructions given during the course of service.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service rate.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed via PocketSuite. Full payment may be required before services are rendered. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the nature of the service and circumstances. Please contact us directly if you are unsatisfied.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the safety and behavior of their pets. If a dog poses a risk to others or to the trainer, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session.

6. Limitation of Liability

Insight K‑9 Solutions is not liable for injury, damage, or loss that occurs before, during, or after training services, unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Insight K‑9 Solutions and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Your continued use of services indicates your acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Insight K‑9 Solutions operates.
